Do you ship internationally? If so, how long is shipping?

Yes we ship worldwide and shipping takes 7 - 14 business days. Just choose international shipping when checking out. *Please note that custom charges MAY occur for some countries. Please visit your local government's site to find out if you will incur a fee.

My package shows delivered, but I didn't receive it.

We know that situations like this can be frustrating. Visit your order confirmation screen to confirm the address was entered correctly, then please make sure to contact USPS first with tracking number to find the latest information and to file claim with USPS if necessary!

My package was returned, now what?

* In rare occasions due to incorrect address the item may have been returned to us and in this case you are subject to a $10-$20 reshipment fee depending on location* Please remember to TRACK the item as it does have the latest information. When your item returns to us, we will email you! Please be sure to check email + spam DAILY

Do you ask for ID?

For wholesale orders we do require identification, and on rare occasions may require identification if we deem your order as being high risk.

How long before you see results?

You will see results in as little as 5 days, but most have reported noticing a difference within 72 hours. Actual results may vary. Please use the item as advised and in its entirety. Please note that our lavish lip magic is a cream and is not a lip gloss & women items may appear to have slight space to prevent overheating in transit.

Are the results permanent?

Results are permanent. however you must maintain them in order to keep your look. For example for smokers if you continue to smoke, then they will slowly alter.

Do you accept returns?

We accept exchanges on items that arrive damaged during transit. ALL ORDERS ARE OTHERWISE FINAL. If your item arrives damaged in anyway or you have ANY issue with your order you have
